For over 30 yrs we’ve been installing most solid floor coverings, including all hardwoods, LVP and VCT, porcelain tile and all natural stone from mosaic to large format. "This company is OUTSTANDING! We had damage to the windows in the house we just bought and contacted Jeff to come out and do and estimate. His team responded immeadiately and came out the following day. Paul could not have been nicer, more professional or helpful. He look at the damaged window and was able to ascertain who installed them through a code on the window. Note, none of the other window companies pointed this out. He said that the windows are probably under warranty but if we could not get ahold of the installer we should just replace the glass through a glass company as the windows have another 5 years of shelf life. He said we did not need 16 new windows. I had 3 other quotes and all of them said we needed new windows. It is nice in this day and age to find a company that does the right thing and put integrity and good buisiness before a sale. I would never go to anyone else in the future and recommend them to every one I know."

"They were terrific, from start to finish. At our initial contact in August, Sabrina discussed scope and provided an estimate. Upon signing a contract, Maia put us in touch with various partner vendors to select fixtures, trim, tile, and stonewwork in October: they provided great guidance. When the work began in January, project manager David kept us apprised on the various steps (demo, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, etc.) and was very responsive to questions that arose. Jose made sure that the necessary fixtures and materials were delivered when needed. Marcio, the carpenter, did beautiful work matching our existing Victorian trim. Andreina, the operations manager, juggled all the scheduling flawlessly, and our main contact once work started. The job was mostly done in 6 weeks. The glass shower door was delayed a couple of weeks due to a problem at the vendor's end."

"I brought my 2009 Toyota Camry to Tint King. They tinted all four doors and the back window. I chose their better quality product as I plan to have this car along time. The job took about and hour and a half. I waited onsite. It looks great. Real nice job. However the inside of my trunk was soaking wet after the job. Not sure how that happened but  I wish they would have cleaned up after themselves. I kinda wish that I had chosen a darker tint for the back doors and window but it is hard to tell how it is going to look until its done. I am happy with the job. It has been 3 months and no problems. The car looks great. If you go there they are around the back of the building at a garage bay not in the office part of the building.

"Over all it went quite well, they basically did three separate jobs that are listed in the title. Our house is in a Historic District in Salem, MA any exterior work must be submitted for approval to the Historic Commission, Brendan Murray took care of handling the submissions and all the paper work involved. They set up scaffolding and took down 12 feet of chimney to the roof line. when they did this they discovered the roof sheathing around the chimney was bad and they brought someone in to repair it.  They then enclosed the scaffolding around the chimney so they could heat the work space and keep the temperature warm enough for the mortar to cure properly during the rebuilding process. The new bricks they used matched the color and look of the bricks they took down. They also tinted the mortar to match that of the other chimneys. The chimney now stands straight and is no longer in danger of falling over. The cost of this project was $10,200.00. We also had them re-flash another chimney where it had separated from the bricks. Before they could get to this they wrapped the old flashing in plastic to keep water from seeping in. This cost $1100.00.
The last project they did was put in a brick paver driveway. They also installed two long drain grates and an underground catch basin, this was to prevent water from collecting in the garage due to the pitch of the driveway. They excavated down 12" and removed all the existing gravel, they also removed a concrete apron that was in front of the garage. They dug a large hole to place the catch basin in and cemented it in place. They used a gravel layer and a sand layer as the base for the driveway and a granite paver boarder. They then laid the brick pavers which were chosen to closely match an existing adjacent paver sidewalk. In the corners they mitered the brick for a nice finished look. The last thing they did was cement some large granite blocks together to form a small run of retaining wall to hold back some ground in a low area. The total cost of this was $6650.00 + some extras as we changed the size and layout of the plan as it was in progress. I highly recommend them and plan on working with them again in the future.
