I had a damaged stain glass window. They came out boarded the window removed, repaired stain glass and reinstall the window. They"re a 5 star company from beginning to end!!!

I was looking to repair the putty around the panes on a 1930s vintage clear glass window and was afraid I got someone who specialized in stained glass and wouldn't want my job but he did a great job and even helped me with a second window I had forgotten about (only shows from the outside but needed same attention). I smashed a pane of glass in a large cabinet while moving chairs. Ken came the next day, cut, installed & made look like new. He even stayed to help me replace heavy shelving. Unbelievable service. Incredible price. This is the call as needed service which has completely disappeared from the American economy!

This is the second time I have hired Paulson Stained Glass. The first time was about 6 years ago when I was given my mother's tiffany as it would not fit in her new home when she moved. The tiffany had a small crack in a piece of the glass from when the movers packed it (it is soft lead). Paulson Stained Glass fixed the lamp and you would not know it had been repaired. A few weeks ago, I turned on an antique floor lamp and it toppled over breaking two panes of glass. Paulson Stained glass fixed this antique lamp and again, did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

He was fantastic! We had a few pieces of leaded and stained class that were cracked and he came within a few days and fixed all of them- they look wonderful! The bitter cold cracked another one and I'll be calling him to fix it.

This is specialized work and Ken is a pro. He cut new glass and re-leaded a sidelight on our front door in about an hour. Cleaned everything up and even let my kids watch!

Ken did a nice job on a project that other glass companies wouldn't even attempt. His price was good. He was not the greatest communicator. I had to push all communications. But bottom line he did a great job on a special job.

As a business they are pretty casual about any kind of paperwork, but I didn't ask for any either. I took them on faith based on their excellent reviews. They delivered as promised. Did a great job repairing the lamp shade at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Just keep in mind you are dealing with an artist.

Ken came to the house, repaired the area of the stained glass lamp that needed repair. If he did not respond, the lamp would be not have been repaired in a timely manner. It all worked out great.

Ken Paulson met with us to design a stained-glass window. We settled on a window we saw in a photo and then he walked us through the various color and design decisions.
