Stay away from this place. Brian is the rudest person. 6 times I followed up. In the end I requested his superior, he told me to call Trump Tower for help!

When I called to schedule an appointment, Brian answered with professionalism, good tone in his voice and happy to assist me. We scheduled a replacement of the windshield for the next business day, which I was happy to receive such quick response. I received excellent service today from Tony and Anthony. They arrived on schedule as promised with a smile. They were professional in manner and very neat in performing their job. They got to work right away and completed their work in just a few minutes. I am very happy to write a 5 Star review. I was in customer service for over 30 years with a major telecommunications company so whenever I have dealings with a company of any kind my expectations are high. Brian, Tony and Anthony both met and exceeded my expectations today. Thank you very much, again.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Except if the following is what you are looking for in a company: -Unreliable: never shows up on schedule and leaves you waiting in vain wasting a day out of work -Unprepared: does not come with all the equipment and parts to complete a job -Work not completed: leaves job unfinished while you and your contractor try to get them to come back -Mistreatment of customers: owner Brian Lewis is the most condescending, arrogant, rude, and insufferable excuse for a human on the planet. Expect when speaking to him that he will make snide and snarky comments, laugh off every comment you make, and generally treat you like scum and blame you for his incompetence and lack of professionalism. I will refer to him henceforth as the ambulatory sh&t stain. -Ridiculous lead times: was quoted 2 weeks for delivery and while I except delays due to supply chain issues, 8 weeks is well over the quoted time especially when there was no follow-up by him. Not only did he manage to insult me, p*** me off (and I have a lot of patience and will go with the flow), he also managed to p*** off my contractor who is great to work with. If I could leave negative stars for this company, I would. Do yourself a favor and get your glass elsewhere. If you don't believe me, check the enormous amount of one stars reviews for this bozo on Yelp and Google. Everyone has been saying the same thing.

Awfule worst experience ever the owner is the worst business man I’ve ever spoke with my mirror fell off Easter Sunday two days after I have them apply them I had to go buy 25$ worth off glue to repair my self in order too drive and when I called and spoke he laughed at me and said we will not give any money back , also they left scratches on my mirror and couldn’t get the wires hooked up correctly so now one mirror shakes and the heat doesn’t work

The "general manager' is rude, degrading and demeaning. I had a pre measurement done for a bathroom door a while back. Took a long time to get to the point were we could have the final done (no fault of there's). How ever every time i called to get it done they would say they would be here sometime this week and then not show up and not call. This week I told them I was out of work and would be available anytime to give me a call before coming. They showed up yesterday without calling while I was at the store. The GM called me this morning telling me they called numerous times and their guys were here and no one was home. I called him out on the fact that no one called me first and asked if they came between 3 and 4 because i was at the store. He said they were here before 3 but ring video has them here at 310 (dancingon my porch by the way, very unprofessional). I then asked him to forget it and issue a refund and how their refund process works. He said "I stick my finger in my mouth and put it in the air to see which way the wind blows how do you think the process works". I asked if there was a owner of the company I could speak with and he said "no the company is just out their with no owners what do you think" in a very demeaning and sarcastic voice. Then told me the owner is in Florida and would never want to speak with a customer. The insults and laughing went on from there and then he hung up. Waiting for my refund.

They did the job in less than 30 minutes. Did not clean the inside of my F350 diesel of the broken glass and debris they made. They used both front doors inside panels as steps. Both doors were dirty and had evidence of footprints. There was personal property hanging inside the truck on the passengers side. This was missing! The windshield that was installed was dirty on both sides. They didn't wash it. Also, my truck had alot of electronics sensors that are now inoperative because of the installation. I went to a Ford dealer and they said every time these windshields are replaced, they have to calibrate them. The dealer told me that this places uses the dealership all the time. Mine was not completed. The person in Billerica was VERY RUDE and insulting!! Stay away from this location!!

The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use Ocean Glass again.

Very pleasant, neat and professional.  The office took a couple of calls to respond to my quote request, but when they did they were polite.

I needed to replace a broken window from one of those steel fold out cellar windows.  I took it out of the frame and brought it down to ocean glass.  when I opened the door I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man who appeared to be more than happy to help.  I described what I needed and brought in the sash for inspection.  We told me it would be no problem.  Also behind the desk were two very friendly young ladies who also were more than happy to assist me.  As I already had measured the window, I was able to give them to the salesman as he told me priced was based on size.  he looked up the price based on my measurements and quoted me a price.  One of the young ladies then asked me if I wanted it to be installed for me.  I told her yes and she told me it would be $10 more.  She was almost apologetic, but that is a more than fair price if you ask me.  I paid them and they told me it would be about ten days.  As I was in no rush, I told them it would be no problem for me to wait. 
4 days later, I received a call saying it was ready.  Great!  I showed up two days later.  One of the young ladies remember me and immediately found my newly repaired sash.  She held it up for inspection.  it was  a good job and the new pane looked fine.   I thanked her and loaded the sash into my truck and drove off.
All in all, they are friendly, corteous, eager to assist, knowledgeable and do the job properly.  I would go back again without hesitation should I need any kind of glass.

Saturday fix:  Glass fell into tailgate.  Ocean Glass knew it but said it didn't have the proper equipment to remove it, but invited me to come back anytime if the jingling of broken glass in the tailgate bothered me.  Tailgate wouldn't latch correctly and once we got it shut it wouldn't open. (presumably because a piece of glass was lodged in the latching mechanism inside the tailgate.)
I called following Monday, asked for the name of the person who worked on the car 2 days earlier (Chuck).  Was told that I had the wrong number.  I checked the number and called again - same guy answered.  I asked about the previous phone call and he said "Not all the people who work here are named Chuck".
I pressed on and described the issue, and asked if they'd seen that problem before  I was told that they see it all the time and that I could bring it in the next day and they'd try to clean it out.  I made arrangements with my father (retired) to take it into Ocean Glass while I was at work.  He brought it in, and was told that he could leave it until the following day and they'd take a look at it but didn't think it'd help.  
My father took my car back to his house, did some internet research, took apart the tailgate and removed the glass.  Now the tailgate opens and closes, and the latch works. Yes, I'm lucky to have a father who lives nearby and is handy.
Next time I have auto glass trouble, I'll be going elsewhere.

After a month of chasing glass companies this was the first one to actually come and do the job. Called in the morning, came on time, replaced the glass, professionally done.

My daughter's out of state (i.e. not Mass insured car where glass is fully covered under auto insurance without deductible) car had a crack in the front windshield. I found Ocean Glass online and they were at my house the next day with a professional vehicle, two guys and a replacement windshield. Everything was perfect. Initially, I chose Ocean Glass by their price as much as the positive reviews I found for them online. (Their price was the best out there). But I would use them again in a heart beat for our own Mass insured cars - even though the cost would be fully covered by our car insurance. Also-very nice people to deal with-the office manager who returned my call (email) and the two guys who came to my house. Thank you.

It worked out really well.  They were the lowest priced out of the companies I looked into.
