"John called as soon as I started my project in Home Advisor. His estimate over the phone was the lowest of four by close to $100. He seemed to know the exact problem I explained. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Michael called to let me know he will be on time if not early. He was 25 minutes early and got right to work. Within the hour he was done, as anticipated. The cost was toward the lower end of the estimate John gave. And the work was done and once again my tub drained! "I called First American Drain this morning at 9 am as a recommendation from our usual plumber(due to the current circumstances), and Garrett showed up within an hour. He wore a mask and gloves and used booties to walk inside the house (as it was raining outside). He was very professional and explained what he was planning to do after he checked out the drain. He got his supplies and was able to fix the drainage issue. He explained everything very clearly and what can be done to avoid further problems."
