"I contacted Scott Harlow through Angi and I couldnâ t be more pleased with his work. Scott removed the old film on 15 of my sunroom windows and replaced it with new UV and heat retardant film. The windows look fantastic. Not only is Scottâ s work excellent, but he is also very pleasant, prompt and a true expert at his craft. I recommend him highly and without reservation."

"The crew of two arrived about 20 minutes early (7:40 for an 8:00 am start) and they proceeded to tour the house to get the overall feel of the job. I pointed out three stained glass windows that are too rickety to clean; they agreed. They started by removing all the screens and taking them outside to power wash with our hose. Then they used ladders to reach third and second-story windows, cleaning the outsides first. Then they did interior, then replaced screens. They managed to open some storm windows that no one had previously conquered, which was amazing. They were focused, efficient, and worked solidly for about 3.5 hours. The house looks so much better--unbelievable! I want to get this done every year now.

"Yuriy was out to our home this morning to look at a variety of issues we were having with double hung windows and locks. Yuriy was on time, very professional and clearly knows everything about windows, balancers and other mechanisms. He was able to repair everything on the spot.
