Jose was attentive to our wishes and made some insightful suggestions that we absolutely agreed with. His team came the very next day to remove the grass that had died during our exterior remodel. They thoroughly prepared the yard and took care not to disturb our existing plants. They approached the work thoughtfully and carefully. They then came back and did a masterful job of installing sod, cobblestone edging, and gravel installation into our planter beds. The yard looks amazing and we were thrilled with their work. "I wish I'd done this sooner! Jay and Rick arrived on time, explained their process thoroughly, were considerate about my concerns and careful of the plantings. Although there are places where some paint chipped off, I was surprised at how dirty the house was only 2 years after having been painted. The other power washers said I'd need to repaint afterwards, but the house is so much whiter, I think patch painting will match. Some black roof algae and driveway moss required an unexpected amount of time, but they stuck with it until 7:00. It looks sooo much better! Really, I might get this done every other year, the house looks so freshly painted and well maintained. I couldn't be more pleased"
