I used Seven Remodeling to rebuild and extend a deck and install composite decking and railings. Jorge was very professional - he gave me a competitive estimate, recommended getting permits (others wanted to skip), and he listened to our requests and made suggestions. He gave me a start date that was a few weeks out, and showed up on the day and time he committed. They showed up each day on time, kept the work area clean and managed the process from start to finish. By the time it was completed, it was really compete - no punch lists of details to manage and the yard was clean of debris. All inspections passed the first time around. We are really happy with the quality of the work. Jorge and his crew paid attention to details, used quality materials and they were super easy to work with. We love our new deck - it looks great and because it is composite there is no maintenance other than cleaning. I would highly recommend Seven Remodeling. Jorge and his team were great to work with. His communication was great. He arrived when he said he would and let us know when there were challenges and if he was unable to be at our home. Along with painting our house, he replaced some windows and repaired areas that were found during the demo part of the project. You never know what you're going to get through one of these online services, but we definitely made the right decision. He'll be doing other projects at our home in the near future.
