Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! They were extremely reliable, and showed up for all work as scheduled.They did beautiful work. It is such a pleasure to be able to open all my windows!. "The crew of two arrived about 20 minutes early (7:40 for an 8:00 am start) and they proceeded to tour the house to get the overall feel of the job. I pointed out three stained glass windows that are too rickety to clean; they agreed. They started by removing all the screens and taking them outside to power wash with our hose. Then they used ladders to reach third and second-story windows, cleaning the outsides first. Then they did interior, then replaced screens. They managed to open some storm windows that no one had previously conquered, which was amazing. They were focused, efficient, and worked solidly for about 3.5 hours. The house looks so much better--unbelievable! I want to get this done every year now.

"Gusty wind threw a rock and smash one of our storm window. I found Arlmont Glass from Angies List. Called first thing in the morning. I was thinking it is going to be a 2 weeks project (schedule appointment for estimate, and schedule another appointment for work....etc). But April was so extremely helpful. She sent someone over to the house to give an estimate within 2 hours and gave a very reasonable quote. The work was done on the same day as well. Within another few hours, the work was done. While they were there, I also have them fix a piece of glass on our garage door that has a crack. Their quality of work was excellent. Everything was handle with care and they are very professional. Another gem I found on Angies' List. I will definitely use them again for future glass projects."
