He refinished some existing wood floors, matched and installed new hardwood floors, and his uncle installed some luxury vinyl tile in the bathroom. He did such a wonderful job that we also hired him at our own newly purchased house to refinish existing and install new hardwood, and again his uncle installed tile in our entry. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone in need of hardwood flooring installation or refinishing."
