"Marc responded to our inquiry on Homeadvisor promptly and we set up an appointment so he can see our kitchen for crown molding installation. He came to his appointment exactly on time. Then he gave his quote very quickly which was very reasonable. A week later he did the installation of over 20 linear foot crown moldings with 9 corners very quickly and he did excellent job. He didn't create any dirt neither in our kitchen nor on our deck where he cut the crown moldings. I strongly recommend him because of the quality of his job, reasonable price. He is the man of his word and honors his appointments exactly on time which is rare as many of us know."

They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

Lou made them look beautiful again! He was very honest about what he could and could not make perfect and his work always exceeded my expectations. Lou was careful to keep his work area very clean, cleaned up after himself daily and protected my other living areas by sheeting off the rooms he was refinishing. The final finish is so beautiful, with four coats of satin urethane, I think they look better than the factory finish. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone in need of hardwood flooring installation or refinishing."
