"We reached out to get a roof repair. The former employee Eric Bushey came and talked me about what the potential options were. Since we were not in the market at the time to get a new roof. He offered service that would be done himself not thru millstream. He required money up front for supplies with the condition we would pay the balance after the work was completed. We gave him 300 dollars up front thru PayPal to help pay for the supplies. Then he proceeded to keep making excuses for why he couldn't do the job over and over and again. So eventually I got fed up and demanded my money back. Those efforts went to waste so we reached out to Millstream. They suggested that we send a certified letter to his home address provided by Millstream demanding the money back or we would take him to court. That still went unresolved. He proceeded to keep making promises the money but never returned it."

In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"
