"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

He gave us great ideas and explained the scope of the work and have us a very reasonable price. The crew started right away and were punctual and professional. "Pros: Arrived on time, crew was nice, got the job done regardless that it was going longer than anticipated, very responsive when we requested follow up visits for recurring water problems even after the waterproofing.Cons: the estimate was rushed and impersonal. (However the estimate came in at a reasonable price in the middle of all the estimates we received and the work recommended made sense to what we needed so we went with it.) We had to have them come back several times because the waterproofing did not work as expected. We still had a lot of water coming through the walls and spreading across the floor. After about 3 extra visits, the issues subsided and, while water still comes down the walls after heavy rains, at least it go into the drains/pumps and does not spread across the floor."
