Road Warrior is an excellent moving company. We have used them several times for intercity moves and now again for a move to the suburbs. They were organized, prompt, efficient, and fairly priced. Not to mention the guys were very nice to work with and respectful of our things. Frank runs a great company with a fantastic team. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, a crew of three men in a truck showed up exactly at 8.00 am We reviewed the list I prepared for each location ( 2 for Lexington, 1 for Boston, and 1 for storage) We went through the furniture, and a few hours later, everything was perfectly placed in the different locations. That what we call professionalism. The crew was extremely courteous and efficient. Will continue to work with this company

Excellent company. Frank (Owner) returned initial call promptly and setup appointment for quote. On time, professional and friendly. Written and detailed quote provided the next day. Used both packing and moving service. Both days went very smoothly, great crew, took great care and attention. Final bill was very close to estimate, final hours for packing was slightly less than quote.

They were hard workers. It was a good pricing. There were a couple of broken things. It was job where they had to pack up stuff, unload it, store it for months and redeliver it. They did what they said they would so. They worked diligently.

Professional. Good guys. We packed most everything so they mostly moved boxes and the big stuff. Everything arrived undamaged and in good shape. We moved into a brand new house and were very respectful of not damaging anything to keep it a new house. They will give you a quote based on what you ask them to do. The invoice is based on time and material and was a little more than we had been quoted. We did ask them to do more than originally quoted as well. They had 4-5 guys show up depending on which step of the process we were on.

Excellent. Had many movers for our home, so it went quicker than expected. The movers were professional, responsive,
clean, and pleasant. They accomodated all of our requests. The owner personally contacted us about the estimate. We used this company for two moves- one from Boston into our home in Newton, the other for our next move, six years later, into a different home. Both moves went seamlessly. No items were broken or missing. They allowed me to put pads on the bottom of the heavier furniture to avoid scratching the floors during the move, and placed tarps or the equivalent down to prevent the floors from getting dirty. They secured all the furniture and protected it to avoid any damage. Would certainly highly recommend them and use them again, if we ever were to move.

Flawlessly. From start to finish, everyone we worked with at Road Warrior was incredibly professional. Our move was a little complicated in that we were selling a condo and buying a house, so it took a while from the time we first called them to when we could actually pinpoint the dates of the move. They were incredibly understanding, and waited patiently until we were able to finalize things. The moving crew was extraordinary - very efficient but also very careful. The only item that went missing in the move was the canvas back of a director's chair, which they duly noted (although we weren't overly concerned, and told them as much). A few weeks later, the item appeared in our mailbox, which I think speaks volumes about their attention to detail and customer service.

We were more than unprepared and his team had to do most of our packing. They were timely, prepared, friendly, and non stop. They would not have had lunch if we did not ask they to..

They exceeded our expectations. We were told they would come between 8-9am and they were there at 8:15am ready to go. Also, we were told that we would have 3 guys but instead 4 guys showed up and the move went so fast! Also, at the end of the day, our payment was actually LOWER than their estimate. I have moved a million times and by far, this company was the best that me and my husband have ever used. They were efficient, hardworking, and polite. They were done with everything by 2pm. I was shocked-I thought it would be at least 4-5pm. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Road Warrior many times in the past and they did an excellent job once again. The four men worked tirelessly for over 9 hours in 90 degree heat taking maticulous care in moving our personal items. As they finalized packing up the house we were leaving, we watched in awe at how they packed a washer, dryer, grill, treadmill, snow blower and oversized chair in the last few remaing feet of the truck! Overall, they did a fantastic job.
They were professional, courteous and asked all the right questions througout the day. We highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

My experience with them was fantastic. They were just very easy to communicate with and they were really thorough with everything. We didn't exactly know how they wanted everything packed up. They asked us to just leave anything we weren't sure of and said they would do it when they got there. They didn't charge anything for that. They picked up the boxes from our old apartment and moved it to our new house. They did say that they would try to work out a state if people were interested in that. We liked them so much that we would consider using them again even though we live in New Jersey. If they were doing a move from Massachusetts to some other state, they could try to fit in a New Jersey move at the same time so they would consider working out a state as well.

I selected Road Warrior because I used them the last time I had a move in the greater Boston area about 10 years ago and was extremely impressed. Crew was ontime and professional. Moved all furniture and boxes of household goods. Packed for moving large glass/pictures and two large screen TVs. All work was performed quickly and efficiently. Overall I was very pleased. Note: One bookcase received a minor nick to the laminate finish but we found the piece and were able to wood glue it back. We've previously damaged the same item and don't believe it was a fault in their work.

Our move was a little complicated in that moving we had to store all our stuff with them and then when we could move into our house a week later, they took all our stuff out of storage as well as going to our own personal storage units at another location before bringing it all to our new place. They made the whole experience worry free and easy.

Frank was great and came to look over our apartment and give us an estimate for packing and moving. He was very professional, asking good questions and reminding me of things to think of. He was also really nice, commenting on our books and engaging our two year old. They cap a certain amount over their estimate, which is really helpful for budgeting! The team of three guys (Robert, Mike, and Mike) showed up right on time and went right to work. It's amazing to have your entire house packed (and sort of amazing what they will pack if you don't throw it out ahead of time!). On Frank's recommendation, we took a load in the truck over on the first day to minimize having to pack the truck carefully on the second day. The second day was much more intense, with finishing the packing and loading everything into the truck. We bought the guys sandwiches, drinks, and snacks (should have bought more) and were amazed by how hard they worked. (Mike even kept working after he slipped on the ramp in the rain.) They were very careful with all our belongings and the new house (with freshly refinished floors) and even in the rain. The team was pleasant, professional, and strong! Frank called to check with me how things were going on the first day and came to the house on the second day. I would use them again (though I hate moving and I hope I don't have to for a while!).

I called this company at the very last minute, realizing there was no way my husband was going to get our 215-lb washer/dryer combo unit up three flights of stairs, and the old 100+ lb machine down. I wanted to install the new machine that day, so I called this company and asked if they could come by within the hour to move the new unit in and the old out. To my surprise they came in at a good rate, and they had 2 movers at my house in a little over an hour. They were respectful, quick, and much stronger than my husband! Great, speedy service at a good price. One strange thing: I found this company through Angie's list, but they're listed as "Smooth Moves" at (617) 666-5818. The man who answered said that wasn't their name, and I was billed by Road Warriors. Just a note to company to switch their info. on Angie's List.

During the course of our move they destroyed a TV, damaged a wall in the house, and damaged a new piece of furniture that was already in the house. When I attempted to contact Frank to file a claim for the damage my calls were not returned. When I eventually reached him he was combative and unwilling to listen to my issue. I would not use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about Frank and his teams of movers. They were recommended to me by a friend who has very high standards, so I suspected they would be good and they have definitely exceeded my expectations. I have used them for two moves now over the past 6 years. Frank is always very responsive, flexible and accommodating with scheduling and their movers are so nice and professional. As the day approached for our move, unfortunately, the floors were not done in our new house yet: they needed two more days to dry. We needed to be out of our house, but couldn't go into our new house for two more days. I called Frank up the day before we were supposed to move and told him the bad news and asked what we could do about it. He truly saved us and allowed us to still pick up on the arranged date and delay the delivery for two days. Very kindly he allowed us to just keep our stuff on the truck so that we wouldn't have to pay extra for dropping off and picking up stuff from storage. He didn't charge us any extra for this. Their movers are very nice, extremely professional and so good at their job. I have used them for two moves now and they have never damaged or lost a single thing. They will disassemble and then reassemble cribs, beds, etc. They will do anything you ask them to do while they are there. As Frank put it once, "If you want them to raise a barn in the backyard, they'll do it!" Frank also had a great suggestion to delay delivering the extra furniture and stuff we had in storage until we had settled in our new house first. It is much easier to get settled with less furniture and boxes around.
