"I wanted a shower expanded. George Mavridis's estimate was very competitive but I hired him because I knew he was honest, quality focused and an open communicator. He has a small crew and excellent subs so he's not super fast. But Mavridis is excellent. One example: The shower needed a new fan, vented through the attic roof. The attic boards were all cut (before my time) in half when insulation was installed. The attic floor was unstable and unsafe. George was very busy but he had his team replace the boards with plywood panels...for 20% less than I expected. Why? Because he wanted to make sure I would be happy when the job was done. I could give 4-5 other examples but you get the point. If you hire George, you'll be pleased."

This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. "It was great from start to finish.  Every subcontractor was polite and punctual.  The work was done in the soundest and highest quality manner possible.  You might experience a wait to have Redman Construction do your job, but it is WELL worth it.  It was a completely positive experience and without any of the disturbance and/or surprises you often hear about.  We are definitely getting on Redman's roster for PHASE 2 and probably 3 of our home repairs.  Th company is based right down the street from us and it feels GREAT to work with someone so local.
