How can I possibly thank Dave enough for this project?? A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. I revealed the surprise last night, and my father was so overwhelmed by the beautiful work that he actually teared up. Thank you so much, Dave!!!

Leone Remodeling did a fantastic job remodeling my pantry this past summer. We had a mudroom entryway that had been closed off and made a makeshift pantry by prior owners. I had several other companies quote me and was so happy I went with Leone. They had fair pricing, completed the work quickly, did a fantastic job with the work, and even charged me less than the original quote because less materials were needed. Dave is a great guy and wonderful to do business with! Iâ m so pleased with the results and would recommend Dave to anyone looking to have work done on their house.

Overall experience was excellent, No issues with Communication and scheduling. If there was an issue with stock/ and unforseens, David addressed immediately and offered suggestions. Never nickled and dime the project. Quality of workmanship outstanding.

With David, it all starts with the fact that he's a really good person. He's completely invested in you and your project - always gracious, responsive and committed to delivering exceptional value. He gutted and remodeled the bathroom and basement of our antique Cape in Milton. With an older home, there are always unforeseen issues. David and his first-rate team of subcontractors (again - good people doing terrific work) seamlessly handled them without blowing up the budget. Remodeling can be so stressful, but David's graciousness, professionalism and positive energy made this project a really easy one for us.

Cant say enough good things about Dave Leone. My wife and I were first time home buyers and hired Dave initially to renovate our kitchen and bathroom only. Our home turned into an almost full gut due to unforeseen issues and Dave was with us every step of the way. Highlights of my experience were communication, price, and product. Daves communication from the first week was great, I received a call at least once a week with updates. The estimate we initially got was spot on and Dave was very reasonable when it came to adding on projects that we were not expecting, and there were A LOT. Finally the overall product came out great and my wife and I couldnt be happier. The sub-contractors that Dave works with are all great guys who were very fair. We also had a pretty tight timeline as we were losing our previous rental, Dave worked long hours and weekends to get the job done. Overall, very happy that I connected with Dave and very happy with the final product.

Dave and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional, solution oriented, creative and goes the extra step to make sure you get exactly what you want. Dave refreshed our guest bath and is scheduled to do a complete remodel on our Master bath in mid July. Look forward to working with him on this project. His work is amazing!

Dave and his Team are very engaged, personal and proud of what they are doing. They really try to give you what you want. Dave remodeled our kitchen and bathroom including new floors and a lot of extras. The finished project looked like a complete new house and we were more than satisfied. We worked with Dave Leone / Leone Remodeling for a major kitchen and adjoining room remodeled from August - November 2021. He's a phenomenal contractor, and we can say that from a place of some experience after having our upstairs gutted and redone by another person. He and his whole team are highly skilled, diligent in their work, professional, respectful of the people occupying the home, and 100% worth every penny. His quotes were accurate and very reasonable. When we made design changes, he adapted and didn't charge an arm and a leg. He gave excellent advice about materials to select and how to deal with the unevenness in the flooring between our kitchen and then-dining room. And he was a pleasure to work with! Always professional, always pleasant and hard-working. The results are simply beautiful -- it's been transformative to our whole downstairs. I'd love to be able to submit photos - because the before and afters really speak for themselves. Thanks so much Dave!

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job creating a spa-like bathroom out of a dreary room that sits four stories high in a tight landing of our Victorian house. Knowledgeable, professional and creative, Dave and his team provided us with the bathroom we always wanted, while preserving the details we so love about our house. Additionally, they replaced all of our bedroom doors, four windows, our electric panel and repaired a large wall. We are extremely happy with the results and plan on having Dave come back to replace the rest of the windows in our house. While construction was happening, Dave was also kind enough to install a new microwave (after ours suddenly died) and retile a portion of the wall below it. Thank you Dave !!!!

Dave helped us redesign and then completely remodel our bathroom. He was easy to work with, personable, punctual, creative and great at keeping the project moving forward. The subcontractors and vendors he works with are topnotch. In addition to the bathroom project, Dave also installed hardwood flooring and built two new closets in the bedroom. We are so pleased with how great it all looks!

Dave is a pleasure to work with. He is fair and his work is excellent. Always showed up on schedule and coordinated with the plumber. I love my new bathroom. I also hired Dave to remodel my kitchen a few years ago and it still looks great. I plan to use him again for additional projects.

I write this review not in anger, but in disappointment, In short, we hired Dave for a 2-part basement remodel project. Part one would be to create a living space, part 2 would install a half-bath. I paid Dave a 5 digit figure for the living space remodel in early May 2020 and he finished around early June ( 6 wks of work). Initially, Dave was very dutiful, punctual, resourceful and personable. My family enjoyed Daves company and planned to begin the half-bath project after he followed up with some other clients. However, a week after Dave finished the living space, the wood flooring he used began fraying, revealing the old concrete basement underneath, so the floor looks really patchy now. I called Dave about this issue in July, and he said he would look at it when he comes back to start the half-bath. But he never came back. I called/texted Dave multiple times about this problem, sent him pictures of the damage, and inquired about when could return. He kept promising to come, but he has missed multiple appointments, always canceling at the last minute due to family issues. Of course, we are all living in harrowing times, so I decided to stay patient, hoping he would eventually honor the responsibility I hired him for. It is now December 2020, and Dave still has not fixed the floor I paid him to do. I was still willing to work around his schedule, given possible pandemic-related issues, but he will not even return my calls anymore. Given the fact I paid a full 5-digit figure on time, recommended him to my family, gave him a very positive review previously, and now have a basement with a patchy floor, I feel disrespected and cheated. Not communicating with your client when they report an issue is inexcusable. The floor has gotten worse, so now I have to pay someone else money to fix a floor I already paid Dave to fix. So if you are thinking of hiring Dave, heed my warning. He seems nice when he is taking your money. But if something goes wrong, you are on your own.

Dave was exceptionally professional and trust worthy. He made both myself and husband feel like he enjoyed the work he did and that us being happy with the finished product was more of a satisfaction then getting paid! Took much pride in his work without gouging your budget.

Dave was great, knowledgeable, personable, punctual, and thorough, we are ecstatic with our new Deck, and are looking forward to future projects with Dave at the helm. Ed W.

They were very easy to work with, he is very knowledgeable about bathroom remodeling, he had fantastic ideas that I would have never thought of, and very smart ways of creating usable storage in a very small bathroom.

I have had Dave do work for me since November 2011 he is very good at what he does and a very nice person to deal with. He stays very busy.

BEWARE! We hired Dave for a complete kitchen remodel and were initially thrilled with him as he was helpful and responsive. BUT, the tiling work he did on our backspalsh was horrible with uneven tiling and borders. he also painted over several spots of drywall that needed to be filled and sanded...paint work needed touching up. And two of the cabinets he assembled and installed have drawers that do not work! He has outright refused to come back to even look at the work with us and even had the audacity to suggest that we should hire someone else to "touch up" his work.

First--my new deck is just beautiful. Dave did a great job. Second--he was terrific at communicating with me and keeping me informed about every step of the project. I plan to have him return in the spring for some additional work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Dave was great to work with and his customer service was terrific. We knew the status of the project and were not left wondering where things stood. Our deck looks beautiful and we are happy to have it complete. In addition to replacing our deck, he assisted us with two other projects that were not even part of the original contract. He fixed our gate and helped with some siding issues on our house. We would definitely recommend Dave and plan to work with him in the future.

I found Leone Remodeling through Home Advisor and am delighted that I did. Dave is friendly, communicative and knows what he is doing. He worked incredibly well with my wife on the design of the kitchen and the selection of materials. We enjoyed having him in our home and I would hire him again.

We had a great experience with this contractor up until the end of the project. He scratched one of the cabinet doors while installing it and took it off to replace it. We could live with one less cabinet door for a littlle while as he maintained he would get the replacement and install it. A few weeks went by and we didn't hear from him. We contacted him many times and he kept putting us off. Finally, we contacted the cabinet store and they said he never called to request a replacement cabinet door. At this time, more than 6 weeks had gone by so we decided to just figure out the rest on our own.
