Since the home’s basement primarily consisted of a giant crawl space, I was told Don would do the job. Ultimately, the day before the scheduled inspection, I couldn’t get ahold of Don. Bob said Don was “feeling sick,” so the job was off. Frustrating, but a blessing in disguise because we ended up going with Colonial Restorations (the home was built in the 1800s). "Used a a Angies List Big Deal for Professional Deck Restoration for my deck.  Took a few months to schedule as it was Big Deal.  They came when scheduled and nice guys - professional and pleasant.  They asked us to provide the stain and we accidentally bought clear stain instead of a colored stain.  When they arrived the explained that it was clear and were willing to wait for us to get the colored stain which was very nice though we kind of wished that this was clearly stated (with recommendations of what to buy) when I scheduled the work with the office so we could have prepared.  
They did a great job and were honest as I did not think that my front steps were covered with the deal but they explained that square footage of just the deck was less than what the deal covered so they included our front steps.
