Jed did a structural review of a deck and staircase at our condo in Manchester, MA. It was very easy to schedule time for him to come and his report was produced promptly. Jed was great to work with.

I had Jed come out to inspect my house to see if the sag I am seeing in my floors is worth doing more about. He was able to come out without too much delay, took a look at the issue, validated my concerns and made recommendations for next steps and people to contact for remediation. I would gladly work with him again on a larger project.

Terrible experience! They did not complete a very simple project and on what they did complete it was weeks late.

We had an emergency situation where needed an engineer ASAP. Jed was very understanding and responsive, made time to come out almost immediately, and completed the retaining wall design as quickly as possible. He helped us find a contractor to do the work and has followed up to make sure things were resolved, even after his portion of the project was complete. He has gone above and beyond for us. Very trustworthy and helpful. I highly recommend him!
