Mike performs excellent drafting services. He was extremely efficient in his turnaround time for the plans to be submitted for permitting. He designed a Solarium/Orangerie for me. He listened attentively to my requirements. He delivers what he promises. His contract agreement is clear and simple. I also enjoyed speaking with him...he is very personable.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Mike. He had great ideas on handle our unusual storage needs, he was fast, and incorporated all we discussed in his plan.
