"I called the company on Sunday evening and they responded promptly early in the morning. My system was installed by them 3 years ago but somehow I missed last year's annual servicing. With the current heat wave it was severely underperforming. They sent out Robert Duclos within the hour. He diagnosed the problem---not enough Freon in the system, grass and mulch build-up in the compressor, valves buried under the landscaping--and fixed it all for the price of the annual service contract. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing central a/c work."

So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! "We've used Atlantic Heating & AC for many years and wouldn't consider any other company. Atlantic is extremely responsive, priced reasonably, and they always do a great job. We've never once had to call them back to resolve any issues associated with their work, and they've done a lot of work over for us over the last 9 years.
