"I called the company on Sunday evening and they responded promptly early in the morning. My system was installed by them 3 years ago but somehow I missed last year's annual servicing. With the current heat wave it was severely underperforming. They sent out Robert Duclos within the hour. He diagnosed the problem---not enough Freon in the system, grass and mulch build-up in the compressor, valves buried under the landscaping--and fixed it all for the price of the annual service contract. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing central a/c work."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"We've used Atlantic Heating & AC for many years and wouldn't consider any other company. Atlantic is extremely responsive, priced reasonably, and they always do a great job. We've never once had to call them back to resolve any issues associated with their work, and they've done a lot of work over for us over the last 9 years. Recently, our water heater died very suddenly; I came home from my office and water was leaking out of the water heater onto the basement floor.
