"Generally everyone was very responsive, prompt, and professional. The rate for the furnace tune-up was very reasonable; for repairs, it got a bit steeper. I was satisfied with the quality of the work except for one thing: the technician who replaced my broken humidifier left one fastener too loose, and I found it leaking water onto my basement floor. I tightened it myself with a screwdriver and it was fine, but if I had not checked it as soon as I did, it would have been a nasty flood."

"It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"
