"I would highly recommend John P. Insulation. I got three quotes for my insulation job and they were the most professional during the estimate. They provided pictures of what they were going to do. They fully explained the job and what I should expect. The quote was fast and equal or lass than the others. On the installation day, they arrived when they said they would, covered my floors and completed the work exactly as they said they would. I had them foam seal, blow in insulation, install soffit vents and vent a bathroom fan. You will not be disappointed in the quality."

"We hired McLaughlin & Williams through the MassSave program, which had performed an energy saving audit for our house and made a clear checklist of work to be done that we could confirm with the contractors. We scheduled the job months in advance, but they were flexible when we needed to reschedule at relatively short notice. Jay and his team showed up early the first day, and clearly laid out the work they were going to do, and why. When weather and scheduling issues prevented work on the second day, they sent a double team on the third to make sure everything got done within the scheduled time. In general, the workers took good care. The exterior siding that was removed for injection was cleanly replaced, though some shingles that were already damaged or waterlogged were a little worse off. Despite all the dust that comes with blown cellulose, there were only a few traces inside. They also made sure our cats didn't get out. During the course of the job, they also found that there was already some wall insulation in one section of our house, and only charged us for the work done."

His sons did a good job of doing the work we required, which was messy work, and they left the place in pretty good shape with just some leftover bits of insulation here and there. "I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."
