We hired Joe to remodel our kitchen and bathroom in our 1920 house and he was nothing short of awesome. Both were full gut jobs and he did a fantastic job. Throughout our entire project he was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond several times to help us out. He renovated the kitchen and bathroom in our 100+ year old house and was very knowledgeable about working in older homes. When a few surprises came up (as they do in older homes) he was so great and helpful in explaining our options. Not to mention, he is a very talented carpenter and his work is meticulous. He reconfigured our old fireplace which included woodwork and tile. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone looking for someone who does honest work and a great job.

After JD Home Remodeling completed our bathroom remodel, we hired him to install hardwood through our entire second-floor bedrooms/closets/hallways. Joe provided a quote and completed the job on schedule. And just like the previous bathroom reno he completed for us, this was also a great experience. Joe DeVelis was the best choice we could have made. He took an old tired 1980s bathroom and turned it into our dream bathroom. He gave us wonderful recommendations for products, that not only sourced us with the best of products for the job but who were also very easy to work with and saved us a lot of money. Joe kept us informed throughout, showed up on time and kept the project moving with the best electrician, plumber and plasterer. I know who we'll call for the next project.

Easy to work with, good communication, keeps to schedule, uses good subcontractors. Good use of floor protection. Recommends good suppliers for customer furnished materials (bath fixtures, tile, etc.) Joe is very accommodating, strives for customer satisfaction. Will use again for future projects. In addition, we had him install hardwood flooring in other areas, again a superb job.

Joe did a great job on a partial bathroom remodel for our tenants apartment. There was good communication throughout the project to kept us updated. He was easy to work with and well organized with his pricing so there were no surprises. We plan to have him do more work for us in the future.
