"Took advantage of a promotion that this company ran for chimney cleaning. Although the promotion expired, they did honor the quote/price--which I appreciated. The crew came out and did the job. They were careful and didn't make any mess, which I appreciated. The cleaning was done from the bottom-up (going up through the chimney) which I didn't expect--although it makes sense. However, I have a very tall chimney (100+ feet up - it's a large 3-floor victorian house) so I wondered how that type of cleaning would work. Anyway, they did the job and I thought I got a good deal. However, I had a mason out for some other work on the chimney. When he did a full inspection he said the cleaning had only gone 'half-way' up and that they didn't do a complete job. I trust the mason more, because he did some significant jobs for multiple friends. Also, I was asking the crew leader for a quote for chimney caps. He said they could do it, but that they would definitely need a lift because of the height. And that a lift would probably cost $1000 or more (that didn't include the cost of installing the chimney cap either). Not sure if he was just trying to discourage me from choosing them for the work, but the conversation felt a little 'slick' to me. Anyway, the mason quoted me $400 for each and would go up on the roof without a lift. So clearly I didn't need to spend over $2000 to get the caps done. So in short, this is 'you get what your pay for.' If you have small house, it's probably perfect. But for me, they short-cut the job which is a disappointment."

"It was great. Royal Roofing came in with the low quote of three that I got. We have a big roof with multiple ridges and hips. We also have a large chimney and two skylights. We have had two major thunderstorms since then and no leaks. Also, we had solar panels on the roof that were taken off for there job to be done. When the panels were put back up one of the workers asked who did the roof because he was so impressed with the job that they did."

"Fantastic isn't a sufficient assessment of the job their serviceman, Rich, did. Not only did he do an excellent job cleaning the chimney and pipes (and replacing/fixing pieces I wrecked) and keeping the room clean, the insert is burning the wood better, cleaner and more completely than when it was installed brand new (it's at least 10 years old). The glass on the door is staying clean and I'm not getting smoke in the house like I use to even when I damp it down. I was late having them come because I had planned this year to replace it (I always had so much frustration with it) . Now I may not. I couldn't be happier."

"Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards. Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs. Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that. We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.

"Exclusive chimney Corp is a wonderful company. The nice lady on the phone got me booked on the schedule the next day for her technician to come out and give me a fairly priced quote for the work I requested. Once I approved it they got me booked on the schedule the next week to get my repairs done! I 100% recommended this company for anyone who needs their chimney repaired timely and effective! My chimney looks brand new! Thank you so much exclusive services!"

"They were very good, they worked with me on all of the work details. They were able to find different solutions to my problems which saved me about three thousand dollars, they were very neat and considerate. They also put in six new cellar windows and they put up window wells up for me. They also fixed my gutter that was leaking. We did have a rain storm and there was no leak at all."
