The old flat roof had no leaks. The Millstream new flat roof has been leaking consistently since completion. They failed to properly supervise employees and refuse to make repairs. They blame the world but bury their heads to reality. The aesthetics of the job resembles something the 3 Stooges would have done. A mere sampling of photos attached. COMPANY IS TOXIC-STAY AWAY."

It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"

"Hired CT Complete Chimney in October 2020 to fix active chimney leak and rebuild chimney. Since work was done leaks have continued and worsen. We have reported leaks in four different times and no fix has been done. As the previous review pointed out, Owner- Nelson and Foreman Kevin are blaming the issue on the roof- There are no leaks anywhere in our home except for the chimney. Step flashing was not installed and the lead barely makes the roof line. When this was explained to both owner and foreman they are looking to add on extra charges for a job that should have been done from day one. As a homeowner and female, the most recent interaction with the owner Nelson and Kevin was disrespectful and unprofessional- hanging up the phone, yelling in public and believing that their conduct is appropriate is not acceptable. My request to have our chimney leak fixed is not unreasonable. That's what we hired them and paid them for. CT Complete Chimney refuses to address the issue while they claim to guarantee their work for 10 years. For anyone looking to do chimney work and repairs, I strongly advice not using this service. "Highly disappointed! Having a building inspector in the family, very quickly many issues were pointed out about the workmanship. I took out a $9000 loan in order to get a new roof, and the new roof has more problems than the old roof! They did not bother taking down the gutters to put up the shingles, so there are lots of lumps and bumps along the front edge. They use random mishmash of flashing, the likes of which are not installed in a way that is waterproof. They did an absolute **** job, and I will be talking to them directly today, as well as the Better Business Bureau, and my lawyer, if they don’t come down here and fix the crap work they’ve done. I can’t believe how disappointed I am, and if I could’ve left zero stars, I would have. The people that showed up came in an unmarked white van. Nobody could speak English, except for the site manager, who could barely speak English. They did not fulfill their contract as they were supposed to also add on a piece of flashing to the side of my house and were unable to do that. The only thing they did properly was show up on time. I am incredibly disappointed, incredibly ****** off, and I sure hope nobody else falls for their ********. You would think a bunch of people in company uniforms, driving company, cars, and being competent at their jobs, would be showing up. But just so you all are aware, that is not the case. You will get random people, that apparently are not really affiliated with this company, they will do an absolute crap job, and they will be happy to take your money. Sad to say, this is just another **** company like all the other ones. Find somebody else!"
