We called Power Roofing when our 3-year old membrane roof began leaking. They sent someone over within 24 hours, quickly identified the reason for the leaks (defective installation by a different roofing company), told us the necessary fix and how much it would cost, scheduled the job, ended up coming a week early to take advantage of favorable temperatures, and invited me up on the roof (twice), first to show me the problem and then to take a look at their work once they were done. They honored their estimate even though the job took longer than expected. And the leaks stopped. An A+ experience from start to finish.

I highly recommend Power Construction out of Natick. As part of my diligence, I received 4 quotes from various companies that were highly ranked on Angies List. Lisa was a pleasure to work with from the onset. She was always available and very thoughtful. Power was also very competitive with their pricing. The other quotes tried to up-charge us for living in a nice town. Power Construction prices every town the same. The scheduling was a breeze and the workmanship and crew were very efficient. They are hard workers and kept the site very clean on a nightly basis. Communication with crew chief was great. They replaced my large asphalt roof, rubber roof, and repaired some cedar shingles. I highly recommend them and everything about the job was perfect.

They showed up at the date and time promised. The crew was hard working and friendly. They pointed out some things that were hidden and needed to be fixed and with my approval they completed the work. They cleaned up after the work was finished. Now I have a nice roof, trim and gutters. I will recommend them to friends.

Power Construction did a great job replacing our roof and ridge vent and installing soffit vents. They stripped off our old roof in the morning without any damage to our landscape. The new roof was on before the end of the day. Their clean up was great. Overall it was a very positive experience. I would hire them again.

We thought they did a terrific job. They were fast (less than three days to do a big roof), very clean, on time, and polite. The office was also easy to deal with, and the owner called me himself to confirm we were happy. The roof was done this summer, and I waited until February to write the review to make sure that there were no problems. We've had some significant rainstorms, but no leaks! We found them on Angie's list and would recommend them to others.

Very well. Jose and his crew showed up when they were scheduled. Replaced the entire roof in one day and came back the next to replace the gutters. The entire time they were working, the team picked up any debris caused from stripping the roof.

I received three estimates for a completely new roof. Power Construction was not only the most professional across the board in the approach, execution and follow-up, but also the most competitive. Jack was extremely responsive to my questions before the project commenced, even to the point of taking my call on his day off. Jose and his team showed up on time, completed the roof and cleaned up fully within one day to my satisfaction. It went unbelievably well. From start (Jack the estimate consultant) to finish (Danny the team leader) did a great job. Very professional. They said they would do it in one day and they did. They came on time when they said they were going to come. The team was skilled and they did not wreck the landscape around the house. The clean up was excellent as well. I really have nothing but good things to say about this organization. The cost of the new roof was about 15% more than the least expensive bid. However, I got a good vibe from this organization so I went with them and they were well worth it. Also their price was reasonable in light of all the bids that I received.

1st Class. Absolutely terrific!! the review from BBB, Angieslist and Home Advisor show good reviews. I 'd called them and spoke to Lisa. Then I spoke with Jack to review the roof and take photos. He gave me an estimate. I had been going back and front with the insurance and the company. Jose came out and recommend that I do half the roof. He came out on a Saturday and replace half roof in one day. Everybody who work on the project was helpful and polite. with reasonable quotes. I'll recommend them to anybody.

It was great... the crew was on time, safe, clean, and fantastic on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The project manager kept us informed through the whole process. The owner even came by to check the work. OUTSTANDING!!

The work done by Power Construction was really fantastic. We have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with contractors, but these guys reminded us that great work and workers still exist. Everyone was super helpful, very professional and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. We had some rotten and broken boards on the roof that needed replacing which definitely jumped the price up a bit. But they sent us comprehensive pictures of the work, made sure we understood what was going on and we never felt like they were trying to get away with something. Refreshing to feel like you're working with honest, hardworking people. I was incredibly impressed with how much effort they put in to cleaning up after. It means a lot to have people work on our home and respect the fact that it's our home not a job site. That has not been our experience in the past. These guys really did respect our home, and I think should be an example to everyone in the trades. Old school for sure. Well done!

Power Construction was amazing to work with on replacing our roof after we purchased a home badly in need of a new roof. List was fantastic in coordinating, Rudy was exceptional, and Dan was beyond helpful in managing the work and making sure everything met our expectations. When we purchased the home we learned there was a mold problem in the attic as a result of a leak in the roof, and I have an extreme allergy to mold and my husband has asthma, so we were urgently really looking for a team of professionals that would be able to handle coordinating the roofing work to start as soon as the environmental team we hired had finished completing the mold remediation in the attic space. Dan and Lisa were exceptional at working with us to ensure that none of the work posed any hazard to our health, Dan worked with the team to put in a new vent installed through the roof for our fan in the bathroom to prevent the moisture from building up in the attic, and Dan & Rudy made sure we selected high quality roofing materials to make sure that there was never an issue with the new roof or with mold or dampness in the attic again. Power Construction really was great to work with, and they worked as a team to get the work done exactly as we wanted - they even completed the entire roof replacement in just two days, and we are in love with the new roof. Lisa helped us choose colonial slate as the color for the roofing shingle - and we absolutely love the finished product and the grey tones match the siding well. The end result was a new roof, but really it gave our entire home a facelift and some much needed curb appeal! These guys are the best- we would recommend to anyone!

The job went really well. I called Jose the night before and scheduled for the repairs to be done today. His crew was on time and got the job done the same day. Power Construction LLC was great to work with. They were professional, all the way from getting the quote to the post-completion cleanup. By the time they were done, we had a wonderful roof and our yard was cleaner than it had been before they started. Communication was clear, scheduling was prompt and the execution was wonderful. The staff were nice, friendly and professional.

The project went smooth. It took 1 3/4 days. They were on time, cleaned up everything. We had 2 layers of shingle so their was a lot to clean up. Repaired rotted wood that was found. repaired flashing around 2 chimneys. I would absolutely hire them again.
