"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

Our projects were having our fieldstone basement repointed, adding a small piece to our existing fence to our garage, and adding paving stones behind the garage. While he was here, we showed him another project we were considering, and he was able to fit that in the following week. The second project was cleaning out the attic of the garage, removing the floorboards and installing a new 4-foot shelf in the attic ceiling, painting the interior, and installing 3 new windows. Mike is truly a jack of all trades! All the projects above came out great and we were very thankful to have his guidance as things went along. He provided a quote for the job, was communicative, and arrived in a timely manner. He cleaned up after very well after each day and he explains his process, problems, and solutions as he goes so, I always felt informed of what was going on. I would definitely recommend and hire Mike again for future jobs."

Communication from the front office was frustratingly slow - dragging the project out for weeks. They gave me a quote, which I agreed to not knowing anything about plumbing or radiators. During the process I did some research about how much the radiators cost, plus spoke with other local plumbers about what a job like this should cost in labor. I estimate if was overcharged by several hundred dollars. I did sign the initial agreement however, so I paid my final bill. The work was done well in the end, but I'll never hire them again. Lesson learned - do your homework!"
