"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with them especially the owner. He schedules time to meet at 12 to review my project to add gas line. He never showed up. I arrived at 12:03 to meet him at the property and called the company to follow-up if they were on the way. He said he arrived at 11:50 and waited 5 minutes and left. When asked why he left so early and didn't even give curtousy of a 5 to 10 minute wait. He said he doesn't wait any time if he gets there early it's my problem I wasn't there even though we had scheduled for noon. He was so rude and said he gives no one curtousy to wait any minute and can't turn back around. In my opinion he never went to my house and lied and was rude. I told him I didn't need his business because if that's how he treats potential clients I can only imagine the type of service he will provide. Very RUDE, unprofessional and someone I don't recommend doing business with."

"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

The technician apparently arrived about 1 hour before the window, claimed to have called me but left no message and simply left with no availability during the actual 4 hour window that was promised. "Badly. 2 different techs came out. We paid for a Premium service and within hours of that tech coming out, our burner stopped working completely. Mind you there is a snowstorm. They sent out a new technician and he saw nothing wrong with the system at all. He said we had no oil. He said there was no footprints even going to my intake on the side of my house. It had snowed 2 times since oil was delivered, so that makes no sense. The tech was absolutely sure we had no oil. 3 days since the first visit now and we had oil delivered and the tank filled completely. Only 150 gallons went into my 250 gallon tank. So that's wrong. And I look at the front of my furnace and now see a slow drip from the front underneath the box on the front of the furnace. First tech recommended i replace the electrodes but said it didnt need it. Second tech didnt even mention that and said our system was good. Now, I will have to contact Angi for support and my insurance company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE"
