"Well, to start, the yard was a mess, with broken branches on bushes as well as branches lying all over.  They did a great job of cleaning everything up and taking out any weeds.  Then they redid the mulch areas and put stone around the air conditioning unit.
As a result the yard looks pristine again, as it always does when Ronaldo's crew leaves the property.  Every group that works for Ronaldo are friendly and aim to please and you never have to go out to check their work as you know everything will be just as you wanted it. 
Ronaldo himself is very warm and helpful and does everything in his power to accommodate whatever you need.  He  treats all his customers like they were family and always somehow its you into his busy schedule.  He is also easily accessible and returns phone calls or emails within 24 hours which is extremely rare in the landscaping profession.

"I was completely blown away by the work that we had done. Lisa, who was the designer was very attentive and quick to return emails and really put a lot of thought into my project. She always responded to emails within an hour and was very honest with me when it came to ideas that i had for the project. She provided a detailed drawing of my property with her ideas for plantings, stepping stones, etc. this made my life very easy by not having to imagine what she was thinking. PJ, who was the foreman on the job was also a great guy and on top of things. He always had my best interests in mind when giving his opinion about grading the yard and what would be best for my children, which was my highest priority. Walter was one of the workers who did a lot of the grading and he was also in constant communication with me. Walter and PJ came up with, and implemented a swing-set area that doubled as a retaining wall to bring up the grade on the lower side of my yard and it came out amazing. We had some irrigation issues at first because some areas were being over-watered. Nick, who was in charge of the irrigation came out to my house multiple times, after all of the work had already been paid for, to make sure that my timers were taken care of and the grass remained in tip-top shape. After paying in full, I still got immediate responses from all parties in this company and they provided immediate solutions within a day or two. They could have put me on the back burner to handle current customers, but they remained attentive to my needs. I plan to use them for cleanups and for all of my fertilizing. I highly recommend this company to everyone."

Narrow Lane worked with our small condominium association to develop a pleasing front yard landscape design and they readily provided us with a revised design when our condominium budget was reduced. All scheduling was spelled out in advance and delivered as promised and the firm was very good in responding to client requests and questions within 24 hours. "I needed some repairs to my brick walkway which was both bulging and sinking d/t nearby root invasion.  I also had a collapsed brick landing area (small patio) outldie a porch slider that had completely collapsed, I thought b/c of animals burrowing.  I called several highly rated providers who did hardscaping and Dan Sturtz was the first to return my call, which I think was the very same day or close to it.  He scheduled a visit very quickly and I was so impressed by his style and approach, I inquired about some landscaping (mostly moving existing plantings) that I needed done.  He added those items to the list.
It took a bit of time (2 weeks) to get the written estimate which was not a big problem except that I was going out of town for two weeks and wanted to be around when the work was done.  It was scheduled the day before I was to leave but, as luck would have it, the weather did not cooperate and the work couldn't be done that day.  Nevertheless, Dan came by (accomodating my shedule for that day) and we did a detailed walkthrough of what was to moved where and everything was marked.  The work was done while I was away. and met with my complete satisfaction.
Of note, Dan is scrupulous about protecting your property when working with heavy equipment.  Part of his estimate covers the materials he uses to keep lawns and driveways free of damage or debris.  This is very impressive and much appreciated.

"Rich Gambale came by promptly on the same day I called to request a yard consultation and estimate for tree removal. The price was higher than expected, Rich stated a crane was necessary but did not consider nor discuss any possibility for non-crane alternatives. This was a disappointment, as one testimonial at his website describes how Rich avoided the use of an expensive crane when another company had insisted one was necessary. The "yard consultation" was not as enlightening as I'd hoped and expected, Rich was not very talkative re: the state of my little forest's overall health. This is the reason I gave a "B" rating for professionalism...all other aspects of the job were fine. The work performed by the 3rd-party company with the crane was excellent and took only about 2 hours to complete the job."
