After 25 years of living here, everything was overgrown, worn out and basically in need of a major overhaul. "Jeffrey and his crew were great to work with. A happy and efficient crew showed up at our home and were an absolute pleasure to have on site throughout our project. They truly love what they do and it was a lot of fun to watch them work and interact with eachother all the while providing a great product and flawless and professional install. They were cheerful, respectful and even nice to my dogs who they were installing the turf for. They came in under budget, finished exactly on time and communicated with us the whole way through. Jeffrey was easily accessible, answered texts or calls right away and has followed up with us after install to insure we are loving our new space. We had worked with another turf company in the past and they tried to overcharge us for their mistakes, they were rude, short with us and acted like they were doing us a favor by doing the job. And the quality of the turf was so poor it did not last, hence where Jeffrey and his crew came in to replace with beautiful turf. We may end up doing the front yard now and will definitely call Intelliturf back to do that job."

He and his assistant worked tirelessly to get everything done as efficiently as possible. They were on time, professional, considerate of our budget and cleaned up throughly when finished. Rich promptly responded to us within 24hrs whether it was via email, voicemail or text to setup the initial appointment, strategize what garden bed cleanup, plantings, trees, landscaping or mulching had to be completed first and in what sequence. He also responded to questions we had after the work was completed and volunteered to come back to install quick connects on the irrigation hoses. We would hire him 24/7 as our personal gardener if we could!"
