"They are definitely pros. He came to my house and looked around the roof to diagnose the issues, gave quotes, and also gave advice of how to proceed even if we end up not using his service. I don't sense any pushiness from his part. When we scheduled to come and do the word, the Covid19 lockdown began, so he asked to postpone it. To me it says that they're professionals who also care about their own well being as well as ours. After a couple weeks, he asked if he could come and complete the work, and not having any contact with me at all. I just made the payment in check and put it in the mailbox, but other than that we just communicated across the window. So far, the roofing looked excellent, and the leak has stopped even during the rainy nights last few weeks. A++ definitely would hire again."
