"We hired Joseph to install a new under-cabinet microwave that did not match the footprint of the old one, requiring some tile work. He did a great job and you can't tell that some serious rejiggering was required. He also did a great job replacing several old, single pane, oddly sized windows. Clearly the previous owners couldn't have been bothered to find non-factory size windows, but he sourced great replacements, did a beautiful job installing them promptly, dealt with supply chain issues with grace, and even included finishing touches we hadn't thought of, like installing a curtain rod and curtain for a shower window. The windows and microwave have been there a couple years now and are doing great!"

Venturin was exceptional. Ivaldo's job proposal was detailed and complete.

Ivaldo listened to all the needs we had and was great in suggesting other ideas

that were more efficient than what we had in mind.

He kept us well informed on the various aspects

of the project as it progressed. Most of the times the workers arrived on

schedule in the morning, and put in a full day's work every single day. They

were all polite and had a strong work ethic. Everyone had a commitment to get

the job done right. They were quick to address any questions or concerns that I

had during the project. They also did a great job in protecting the part of the

house that was not under construction well sealed to avoid all the dust

everywhere. Ivaldo was a great manager to his team, always making sure that

tools were neatly put away and not left everywhere. Very neat!

They were great with a smaller project in our

home in Medford – MA, and also with a larger addition to our home in Winchester

– MA.

"My wife and I recently hired Mulligan Painting to repaint the exterior of our large 8 room colonial house with screened-in porch (painted inside and out), garage, and fences. We were utterly delighted with the result and with our experience in working with this company. Kyle Mulligan, son of the owner (Gerry) quickly responded to our inquiry. He came out at the end of April to give us an assessment and a very reasonable estimate (within a few days). We settled on a date at the beginning of July. The start date was postponed by one day due to rain but Gerry, Kyle and their crew of three men arrived right on time the next day and went immediately to work. Even though the temperature reached the mid-nineties that day, these guys barely took a break. Over the course of the four days that it took to paint our house and garage, the crew worked tirelessly and knowledgeably, applying two primer coats and one finish coat. They paid careful attention to every detail, including the trim and the doors (which were different colors), and everything looks just perfect! In addition, the guys did their best to be as unintrusive as possible. They were polite, professional, hard-working, very trustworthy, just good people. Gerry and Kyle answered any questions we had and offered suggestions when we needed them. One thing to know is that we had not anticipated that they would need to leave their ladders in our back yard for the length of the project. They also needed to use some of the space in our garage to store supplies during that time but all of that actually made the most sense efficiency-wise. In summary, we had an excellent experience with Mulligan Painting and would not hesitate to hire them again. They were great!"

"We needed help to change over several interior ceiling light fixtures to new pieces we had purchased and we needed bigger and stronger garage ceiling lights. In addition to the work that was needed, we also wanted to request estimates on 3 projects for the Spring - installation of an exterior light post and lamp, running an underground line out to a back garden for an outlet and to fix our kitchens under cabinet lighting. Their electrician arrived promptly at the expected time and was very courteous and professional. He was very well organized and efficient. We discussed the options for the garage lights and he recommended going with 2 x 48" LED panels and we checked Home Depot online, found a good product and I went over and made the purchase. He did the installation in no time and the lighting is fabulous. Overall, great work! We got the estimates a day later and 2 of the 3 look very workable and we will go forward with Markarian for those projects. The price for the undercabinet lighting was about 10 x more than I would have expected so we'll hold off on that. Maybe I can do that one myself. ME is a reliable and very professional group and you won't be disappointed."
