He send written estimate, written proposal and an invoice for our records. He also delayed part of the payment after the inspection is done. The inspector praised his work. Chris was on time professional and did exactly what I needed. Had beautiful recessed lighting put on first floor. I am definitely a satisfied customer. Chris does neat, professional work. He knows the code and his work meets the code. All of the projects that Chris has done for me were done while we occupied the house. He cleans the work site at the end of each day, and the disruption to our house was kept to a minimum.
