He was always on time, pulled up and carried off the existing carpet and pad, drove in all the nails that had risen, then sanded 3 times with successively finer grit, stained, and put 3 coats of poly on, requiring 3 separate trips. Each time he arrived punctually, put down drop clothes, and conducted himself in a professional manner. Highly recommend! He is a true craftsman and you will be thankful you hired him."

The two floor installers arrived on time, they were very polite, stayed on task and did an EXCELLENT job!!  Their attention to detail is commendable.  They cut everything to fit perfectly to the molding and around pipes. Their fine workmanship came through in everything they did; it really showed how much they cared about the job they were doing. They cleaned up as they went and again at the end! The floor came out beautiful! "Gabriel and his dad showed up within one hour on a late saturday afternoon after the asdist gen contractor literally dropped the ball on the carpet installation appointment. Gabriel was professional pleasant and awesome. He got me a quick quote. He litetaaly made a nightmare into an easy solution. So anyone that says they cant get people to show up or work your mistaken. Gabriel was called on a late saurday and carpet was picked up and installed by tuesday. They are wonderful."

"This was my second project with United and I'm as happy with this project as I was with the first. They repaired the plaster, painted, installed hardwood flooring in my condo, and replaced an old AC wall unit. Junior and his crew were great - the work was done well, they arrived when they said they would and put up with my lists and questions. The estimate arrived promptly and Junior patiently answered all my questions to help me make some decisions. The last day of the job took longer than they thought due to an unforeseen complication and the entire crew worked really hard all day to get it finished. They were also careful about laying down drop cloths and covering the furniture - cleaning up carefully at the end of each day since I was living in the condo during this project. The one challenge that I did have on a couple occasions was getting in touch with Junior. He's busy and there were a couple times that an email or text confirming the status of part of the project would have been helpful."
