Badly. 2 different techs came out. We paid for a Premium service and within hours of that tech coming out, our burner stopped working completely. Mind you there is a snowstorm. They sent out a new technician and he saw nothing wrong with the system at all. He said we had no oil. He said there was no footprints even going to my intake on the side of my house. It had snowed 2 times since oil was delivered, so that makes no sense. The tech was absolutely sure we had no oil. 3 days since the first visit now and we had oil delivered and the tank filled completely. Only 150 gallons went into my 250 gallon tank. So that's wrong. And I look at the front of my furnace and now see a slow drip from the front underneath the box on the front of the furnace. First tech recommended i replace the electrodes but said it didnt need it. Second tech didnt even mention that and said our system was good. Now, I will have to contact Angi for support and my insurance company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

I had an issue with my air conditioning, and they sent someone out right away. The tech was friendly, knew exactly what to do, and got everything working smoothly again. Fair prices and excellent service.

Everything went to according to plan. I had my boiler replaced and a new oil tank installed. Nice work, on time, good Communication and very professional.

Walley's called me back within an hour of placing the request for a quote. It turned out they had someone finishing a job in my neighborhood and was willing to come by and take a look at the situation. Bryan, the technician, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. It was late afternoon when he came by, and he gave the office the information for a quote, and agreed to stay that evening until the job was done. He arranged for another technician to bring a replacement water heater over so he could continue the prep work while waiting for the new heater. There was no wasted time on the job - Bryan stayed at it until about 9:00 pm when he finished explaining to me how to adjust the water temperature after it heated up. He did beautiful work and cleaned up afterward even though I told him I would take care of it. I would absolutely hire Walley's again for plumbing, heating or air conditioning work!

I was referred to Walley's by a friend after experiencing trouble getting someone in to service my burner. When I called, I spoke to several courteous and professional staff members who went the extra mile to help me. I was concerned because the burner was running loud and we had already experienced a "puff back" on our old burner and didn't want to risk that again, and we had just started having a leak from what looked like an overflow pipe. I also mentioned that I had radiant heat in one room and needed an experienced technician that could manage the anti-freeze in the system. When I told Mandy the problem, she checked with Walley Sr. and he scheduled one of his best technicians to handle our job and got him out to us within a few days. Our technician, Alex, was polite, knowlegedable, professional and honest. He told me, as well as showed me everything he was doing, asked me to inspect the burner before putting it back together and did a very comprehensive inspection. Alex found that our leak was coming from a broken pressure valve which he had on his truck and replaced immediately. After 4 hours of Alex working at our home, we recieved a follow-up customer service call to make sure we were happy with the work Alex did and wondering if we had any questions or concerns. Wow! I was impressed! I plan to continue using Walley's and look forward to a long relationship with them.

My wife and I are very pleased with the HVAC system and its installation. Of all the assessments with cost estimates, Walley's was the most complete and did not try to sell us more than we needed for our 26 year old home. We were able to assess various models and cost benefits. Christopher explained all the needed information very well and photographed areas needed for installation. We also appreciated that he discovered a problem with our home's circuit board; it needed repair for continued safe use. All those involved were very professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Top nptch.

AC was not putting out cold air. The repairman recharged the unit and checked the system. Was working properly when he left. Wallys was easy to work with and showed up on time. Would definitely hire again.
