While they were working, they were cautious to not scare my son while he was awake and not to wake him during his naps. There are many plumbers that can do the work you might need but few will have the patience Jeff displayed. During the initial walk through, he quoted me a price on the job and rather than pressure me into hiring him, he suggested that I get a few more companies to price the job as well. This is a pop and son company and they are fully invested so they truly value their customers."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."
