Mold can easily aggravate a variety of symptoms so we consider your call to be as urgent as you do.

The mold remediation was contained to a 12 x 24 bedroom and was limited to surface mold (mostly furniture) caused by condensation and humidity. The carpeting was also removed & discarded. The total cost was very expensive ($4,250) for what ended up being 5 hours of work. This is over $800 an hour! Here are a few things we were not happy about; 1. There were plastic barriers taped to the walls during the process which caused the paint/plaster to be pulled off the wall in several areas. Now we have another expense to fix this problem. 2. We had told Kerry to leave us the dumpster for a few more days (since we had paid for it up to a week), but he went ahead and told the company to remove it the following day. 3. We found additional mold on the closet baseboard that had been missed and we needed to clean it ourselves. Needless to say, we do not recommend this company."

Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

I sent Ricardo and email asking if I can have a report of what he said in writing. I only received a contaminants list. I said, I am not a scientist and do not understand the lab results.I never received a response back from him. I called Jeremiah Bancroft a few times and asked for a written explanation of the causes. He could not supply me with a written explanation because it was a legal issue. I asked for his help. I need your help. Jeremiah said, go to your primary care for a doctors note. That was the last time I spoke to him on September 19, 2024"
