+ -1 moreThe first job went well. The effort to have additional work done did not go well. The contractor's staffer tasked with performing bid-related work proved to be unreliable. Came to inspect the project and then said for a long time materials weren't available. Some messages he ignored altogether. He ultimately was unable to complete the simple process of getting a written estimate for the work to me.
