The service was excellent. The price was very competitive. Stevaughn explained the entire process, and when a few unexpected rotten pieces of wood had to be replaced, the price was very fair. Equally important was that the work continued on schedule. I would highly recommend their company.

They did an amazing job. It was a full remodel of a shell of a lake side cottage. They did everything from the special environmental permits, demolition of a derelict sunroom. And a full gut of the interior down to the studs. They worked with me on a floor plan. They built a beautiful large deck. Ingrid and her team supervised all of the electrical, insulation, and plumbing through out the cottage. Her team then connected me to the town sewer which needed a six foot ejection pump to reach the road side. The interior is amazing. They did such a great job creating space out of such a small footprint. Subway tiled bath/shower. Heat pump system with the spray foam insulation works super efficiently. Ingrid and David made my lakeside cottage dream a reality. And they did this all with no direct access to the property with vehicles. All the construction debris was moved by trailer and 4x4. Just above and beyond.

LMH Construction recently completed an amazing job on our family room addition! We were so impressed to have had the job completed in time for summer. We had a vision, but Ingrid’s eye for design turned our family room into a beautiful retreat thats flows onto a stunning deck. Our living space seems to have tripled with this unexpected outdoor space! LMH stayed true to the contract and there were no additional costs upon completion. I really appreciated everyone who took the time to answer my questions throughout this process.

The first job went well. The effort to have additional work done did not go well. The contractor's staffer tasked with performing bid-related work proved to be unreliable. Came to inspect the project and then said for a long time materials weren't available. Some messages he ignored altogether. He ultimately was unable to complete the simple process of getting a written estimate for the work to me.
