"They replaced an old bulkhead with a new one. It was a complicated job because of the siding changes needed, but they didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t spectacular job and stuck to their estimate which was very reasonable. "I was very happy from start to finish with the process with Five Star ventilation. From scheduling the call for a chimney inspection we were constantly being helped and did not feel we were being being upsold. I hen the inspection occurred the team was quick and was able to identify issues which were supported by video evidence when taking a scan through the chimney. The team was able to fix the issue at that time without a second rescheduling. Would recommend!"

We recently had our roof cleaned, they also cleaned our gutters, patio, steps, shed and chimney .. (which was part of the

roof cleaning service). " absolutely wonderful ".  In addition to that, Rich had them install a diverter on the roof to properly divert the rain water into the gutter.  Great idea, very thoughtful of him.

The gentleman that did the work (Nick) was professional, courteous and conscientious. Excellent job start to finish.

"We had just bought a house a month ago and I knew that the chimney requires an inspection. I have contacted united chimney group and on the following day they showed up for the service. Mike came in and after the inspection he said that we need to do a chimney sweep and he also found a leak that came directly from the chimney. The cost of the service was reasonable and the service was completed that same day! I highly recommend united chimney group and most definitely will continue hiring their services next season."
