The Servive man came into the house, listened patintly while I explained the alleged problem and then went to work collecting all the info that he needed to make an assessment of the problem. When he was through his measurements showed that we were not in need of a cleaning at the present time and he did not try to sell it to me. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
