The Servive man came into the house, listened patintly while I explained the alleged problem and then went to work collecting all the info that he needed to make an assessment of the problem. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer.
