The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price.
