"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I hired Lee to install a basketball hoop I purchased from a big box retailer. Upon meeting him and his team, I could tell they were well trained, experienced and cared about customer satisfaction. All of the employees I encountered were very courteous. Lee stands by his work and does whatever is necessary to ensure the customer is happy. While his services were somewhat pricey, based on my own personal experience, it was well worth the cost and I'd gladly hire him again for other work. After the job was completed, I received a follow up phone call and even a thank you card in the mail about a week or two later. If there were more people in the business world like Lee, we wouldn't need a site like Angies List."
