Lobel Tree Service

A few weeks ago we had a large branch come down that was a hazard in our yard for our young children. We also needed other tree work down that we had been putting off. A friend recommended Lobel Tree Service we gave them a call. Andrew can by and gave us an estimate for the work needed. The trees in question are in the back and would require the equipment to drive over our lawn to reach them. He recommended waiting a week or so for the ground to be dry which would cause less wear and tear on the lawn. I found that to be thoughtful. On the day of work, the team arrived promptly and got right to work. They had a full crew and equipment and all of the work was completed in about 4 hours. Andrew recommended a few more branches to be removed, which we agreed to. All debris was cleaned up along the way. Now we have our backyard back and our kids can safely play there. We are very happy with Lobel Tree Service and would definitely recommend them and use them again. The price was about what we expected and is comparable to what our neighbors paid for similar services.

We have a wood-burning fireplace and Lobel Tree Service provides us wood and that's okay. Whatever they do is good. We've used them for 3 years in a row, I think. So yeah, we would use them again.

We don't need Lobel Tree Service to landscape but we've used them for tree work more than once and we have referred them to other places. The cost was fair and reasonable. They were very good. Lobel is very good. They're good. They're just overall good.

This was my second time using Lobel Tree Service this year. Andrew is friendly, reasonable and quick to execute. This time he provided a quote on Saturday and trees were gone on Monday.

From quote to execution was perfect. Clean up was impressive and it was hard to find proof that they were even there (outside of the trees being gone). Communication was great and flexibility needed in my schedule was accommodated. Great work guys.

We contracted with Andrew from Lobel Tree Service to take down some rogue trees in our back yard that were being ambushed by bittersweet.  Guys worked a long day with their machine to cut and haul off many battered trees.  Better yet, they came back on a fresh day and climbed the trees we wanted to keep to prune and cut out the invasive vines!  Both parts were top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

As of this time, I haven't heard from Lobel Tree regarding the damage to the neighbor's fence.  It has been six months since we have had contact with them and no response.

When Lobel tree was finished cutting down the trees, most of the crew left, but  one stayed to finish up the stump grinding.  After he finished, I later went outside to look around.  I found my neighbor?s fence damaged. There was a chunk taken out of the plank that runs across the fence.  It most likely happened when the stump was being grinded.  I was disappointed that this was not pointed out to me after the job was done. 

 

I did call the office and left a message.  After my second call, I received a message from the office on October 22nd stating they would come out and check out the fence and talk to my mother?s neighbor.  I haven?t heard anything since that time, so I plan to hire someone to repair the fence and will have to pay for it myself.  I?m lucky that my mother?s neighbor is very cooperative and understanding.

 

The damage to the fence is not huge, but I feel by not bringing this to my attention and not taking action is not very professional. It?s disappointing because they did good job in cutting down the trees, but the communication was not there when the neighbors fence was damaged due to the stump grinding.

Unfortunately, the job is costing me more than the $1200 already paid (plus $10 each tip for four workers).

From the moment of the appraisal to the final clean-up I was dealing with a team of professionals. I called Andrew on a Monday morning he was at my home in the afternoon to conduct the walkthrough and provide an estimate for services for 4 tree removals, stump grinding as well as pruning remaining trees. His quote was right in the ballpark of what I estimated; the homerun was he told me he could have his team on-site the Wednesday of that week. His team arrived promptly at the time and they did an absolutely amazing job by 4 pm all four trees were gone and you couldn’t tell Andrew and his team left me with a beautiful open front and back yard and NO CLEAN UP.

Andrew Lobel and his team provided me with their tree removal services. From the estimate all the way to the job's completion it was an absolute pleasure working with Lobel Tree Service. We hired Lobel Tree Service to help restore the landscape of our property. There were various mature trees and shrubbery scattered throughout both the front and backyard of my property. My ultimate goal was to have all removed and a lawn installed in their place. Andrew Lobel and his team helped me achieve this goal. I cannot write enough about how impressive it was to watch Lobel handle the entire project; he and his team are extremely knowledgeable on anything related to landscape.

Excellent , first I received the estimate and the work was done exactly as stated. Andrew gave suggestions and was not pushy at all.
He gave me two estimates , work for the front and back, and I told him I would let him know what I decide. After speaking to a friend who had work done two weeks prior by Lobel Tree ,decided to have both front and backyard work done at the same time.
They gave me a date and said they would call before they arrived, they did and all work was done. Cleanup up was done and no surprise charges, in fact Andrew took done an extra branch for no extra charge. I was very pleased with Lobel Tree service and will recommend them highly. You can't go wrong.

Andrew the owner arrived on time with two workers. They started working immedietly. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. They advised me as to which branches they thought that I would need to remove. They were good communicators and very friendly. Their price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend using them.

Lobel Tree Service has done tree work for me on many occasions and I have always been completely satisfied with the crew and work. He owns all the equipment so the job is completed without any interruptions.

Andrew and his crew did exactly the work requested at the price they had quoted. Cleaned up area after the job was done. Great work at a reasonable price. Very happy with the quality of the work.

Andrew was on time, friendly and professional when he came out to give us an estimate. On the day of the service, the crew that came out was also friendly and professional. They worked quickly and did a great job. They used a bucket to trim the trees before cutting them down, so they didn't make a mess of the entire yard when they fell. We asked them to leave the trees cut into logs for us to later split and burn ourselves, and they cut all of the trees into 16-20and quot; logs and piled them neatly in one place. They chipped and took away the smaller branches. At the end, they raked and swept up all areas so there was no mess left when they were finished. After grinding the stumps, you can hardly tell where the trees even were.
Overall, the guys were professional, quick, and clean. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to others, and use them again in the future.

Despite the wet weather, the crew came on time, worked quickly without any hitches. There were no extra charges, just what was estimated. All debris was cleaned up as per the agreement I signed. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the men. I would not hesitate to use Lobel Tree Service again, or to recommend them to others.

We have used Lobel for each of the last three years for various tree related jobs. They have been nothing but professional, fair, and extremely easy to deal with. Andrew (and/or Julia) is always quick to respond to phone calls and set up estimates. Their prices are great and work high quality. Have recommended them to neighbors with equal success and will call them for any work in the future.

They did a very nice job and the price was resonable. They worked right on schedule and everything was layed out nicely. There were additional charges if a small amount of extra work was needed. Andrew Lobel is the worker and owner. They are also fully insured.
