The crew worked hard and in inclement weather to get the job done as discussed and planned. There was an issue that was due to a miscommunication with a contractor working on another project that abutted the path and Rony addressed the issue and made it right. We love the path and the costs were all clearly presented up front along with a very detailed plan for the work. "Called Stephen 6/13/11 to ask for him to give me an estimate of project. He called back later that day. Asked when I would like him to come out. He said he was flexible and I scheduled a time for the next day --at my convenience! The next day he shows up right on time and is professional and amiable. He was knowledgeable and asked great questions. He raised some good concerns about how our land may be protected under the wetlands protection act. Because there may be an issue of wetlands, I need to contact the town before proceeding with the project. He did say he could definitely do the project if it we were allowed to.On his way out, he took away some old wood boards and pipes lying around the back yard at no cost. He is amazing! What a great guy. I wish we had substantial things to remove, so we could work more with such a great, honest, professional guy. I wish all the people we work with on our house were like him! "Highly recommend them. Every step along way was positive! Bill responded immediately to calls, very helpful with questions and reachable by Cell for follow-up. Arrived on time and very professional. We had a plumbing drainage problem; one plumber had visited and felt our exterior drain pipe may have been cracked just outside foundation. Once Callahan excavated the ground open, pipe was not cracked by foundation. Bill showed us one joint to be repaired/adjusted and suggested us hiring a drain cleaning company anticipating tree roots. (Next we hired drain company who got through backup and along with video, found tree roots got through seam but thankfully no cracks in pipe.) With the joint adjusted, we can better monitor if future backup. During project Callahan also secured plywood over area to protect from rain; locked area was not accessible to public. When we called to schedule completion, in spite of us being a small job - again Callahan was available quickly to return. During second visit and refilling, they went above and beyond in also removing and disposing some scraps that were in ground. Thanks again! Highly recommend their services!

"Mark called immediately after the project was submitted, and was able to come over for an estimate the next day. He arrived promptly at our agreed time and gave me a great estimate to remove a number of tree limbs which were hanging over my house and trim branches around my power and telephone lines coming into the house (something I definitely didn't want to do). I accepted his estimated and he asked if he could start later that day. I was thrilled. He started that day and came back the next to finish the job. He carted all trimmings away and left the yard clean. I highly recommend Legacy Landscape."

He said no problem and showed up the next morning at 9:30 with 2 other guys and cleared everything in 1h20m and there was a 500lb cast iron tub, 7 radiators, a fridge that we needed to bring over the balcony, and a bunch of debris. Couldnt be happier with the service."
