Northern Essex removed two risky trees from my property in Matblehead. The work was completed promptly, efficiently, safely and at a fair price. Clean up was excellent. The work was accomplished professionally in a cramped space with no collateral damage to the rest of the property. Not only recommend Malcolm and his Northern Essex Tree Service, but would definitely rehire in the future for tree work on my property.

He and his crew removed a huge tree which was in a difficult position with high tech equipment. They finished the job a little over two hours, leaving the area completely clean. Can t believe I forgot to review!!! Had a lightning strike a 30 tree in my backyard a week before we moved in. Malcolm gave me a reasonable quote and brought in a crew that worked super efficiently. Also pretty sure he quoted Clark Griswold at one point. Big time bonus. Will hire again next lightning strike!

He came within a couple of days to do the job. It was in January so he didn't have much else going on. While removing a tree, he damaged an exterior light fixture on my home. He agreed to replace it. That was two months ago and he is not responding to me emails or calls about his intentions to fix what he broke.

Northern Essex was professional, on time and very thorough. They did a great job. I will definitely call them in the future.

They removed lots of saplings and shrubs in difficult areas efficiently and, equally important, cleaned up the area around their chipper before leaving. Good to work with and fairly priced.

Efficient and helpful

An absolute fantastic job. Had two fairly large trees that had to be removed. One hanging over house and the other over power lines. They brought them both down no problem and did a great job cleaning up. They always called back promptly and showed up exactly when they said. Will definitely use them again and give them the highest recommendation.
