Connell Roofing's sales person falsely represented to us that high end GAF shingle was warranted to repel moss, inducing us to pay thousands more than we were negotiating. Four years later the roof is growing moss and Connell Roofing denies making the false claims. Instead they charged us to come look and the roof and recommend we pay them more money to remove the moss from the roof. Connell Roofing has a fully staffed call center but instead of returning calls to try to address this situations, the president of the company would only email after business hours. After being left a bad review on Facebook, Connell Roofing is now manipulating its social media presence to hide the bad review. Connell Roofing has been reported to the BBB, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and the shingle manufacturer for make false and deceptive business practices."

He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions.
