"I have had the most positive experience with Butler Sealcoating. For years, I have wanted to have a professional apply an epoxy floor coating to our two-bay garage in Medfield, MA. I did receive an estimate from Chris Butler, the president of Butler Sealcoating. The work was completed in one day and the results are everything I could have hoped for. What is most gratifying is that the epoxy floor is not impacted in any way by our two automobiles. The weight of our cars has no affect on the floor at all. Chris and his sons did a superior job on our garage and I give them the highest recommendation possible. Our garage has never looked so professional. We contracted for additional work to cover the garage boarder with the epoxy coating in addition to an apron next to the driveway. That decision has made all the difference in the overall look of the floor. Overall, simply superior work!"

"We could not be happier with the way our floor turned out. It was super slippery and plain . Now I have a great looking floor and traction Eli and his team were very professional and our floor was done on time as promised I would highly recommend them"

"Tom was prompt in answering my query about sealing a warehouse floor. He managed to schedule the job when it was convenient for us (right before the holidays). His price was fair and his work was above par. Highly recommend them for your next job."

"The epoxy coating lasted only 4 years and started coming up in multiple places. But Garage Experts honored their warranty and resolved the issue."

"Very knowledgeable, clean, and methodical through the entire process. Garage looks great couldn?t be more satisfied."

"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

"Excellent. Job was done right away. They cleaned up my property when done. The worked like an artist to make sure new floor looked great. Cared a lot about quality. Very happy with outcome and price."
