"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"We are overall very happy with the project. Sila had to install a high velocity air conditioning system in very limited space. They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

While they had a hard time transforming my house's old oil system to gas, Jonathan never stopped taking my calls (don't take that from granted, many contractors don't care once they have your money). They worked on it for several weeks--tweaking it until it finally took. 2 winters later, it works perfectly. I'm sure other contractors could've had the same problem and not been as responsive and committed as them. I'll definitely be hiring them to convert to tank-less water heating and to install AC!"
