The technician came on time and promptly inspected the unit. He reported that the capacitor had blown, and told me that he had a spare back in his van. The labor was covered by the diagnostic site visit fee, it was just the parts cost. I told him to proceed and he replaced it. My AC was back up and running within the hour."

They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."

A second technician, replaced the defective parts and serviced the boiler. Both technicians performed their work in a very professional manner, identified the source of the problem and clearly explained what was needed. "I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"Majic Air did a great job of listening to our desires. We wanted to install central air conditioning in our two story home. We did not want ductless wall units. Shawn, the salesman, was able to come up with a plan that combined traditional ducted AC for the first floor of our home with ductless ceiling cassettes for the second floor of our home, completed with one wall unit for our finished third floor office. We have the air conditioning we wanted and the look we desired. The installers were professional, hard-working, and incredibly neat - leaving us with a tidy home each day. This was a complex job, and Majic Air got it done."

"I'm submitting this review about 2yrs late. The Guys at Green energy are great! While they had a hard time transforming my house's old oil system to gas, Jonathan never stopped taking my calls (don't take that from granted, many contractors don't care once they have your money). They worked on it for several weeks--tweaking it until it finally took. 2 winters later, it works perfectly. I'm sure other contractors could've had the same problem and not been as responsive and committed as them. I'll definitely be hiring them to convert to tank-less water heating and to install AC!"
