"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

He asked me a couple of questions about the location of the clog and then, told me to call the city, and see if they would clear the drain free of charge. He said if they could not help me then I should call him back. I was a bit shocked and extremely pleased that here was a plumber, who could have easily done the job for a fee, but rather, without any hesitation, told me how I might get it done for free.
