Although 50 miles from my house A1 was there within two days which was impressive with the "hot" season in full swing. Extremely friendly and knowledgable.. Gave advice for the future of my system (mini-splits) and what I could expect.

We had a consistent problem with our 8 yr old boiler refusing to turn on. There was a history of too many people looking at it in the past and trying various fixes. It go to the point where we had no heat over Christmas. We called several people in to take a look and the general response was to spend around $8000 on a new boiler. Artie was the only one that took the time to go through our system and properly troubleshoot and repair the issue. Everything is working great now and for nowhere need the money we were being told to spend.

Quote was decent and consistent with other quotes. Response time and request and work completion was very reasonable. The installer also did a good job cleaning up after himself. I am satisfied with their work, and would definitely hire this company again is I need their services.

Called A1 Air for a no heat issue with my furnace, talked to the owner explained the issue and that I have a disabled daughter, came right out and fixed the issues and then some, Arthur did an excellent job at an affordable cost .

Did not provide estimate before doing work. Did work not requested. Charged $500 to install 1 faucet (not requested)and 2 shut-offs. Outrageously over priced.
