The toughest part of the job was correcting the work of the previous contractor. So much time, materials and money had been wasted and getting someone to come in behind another contractor is a real challenge. However, LB Special Projects sized up the effort, figured out what had to be done, estimated the work and did a fantastic job. They finished the job in what I think was record time. One of the many projects that they took care of, and that amazes me the most, was the floor patch in the kitchen. They managed to find the right sized planks to patch a 100-year old floor. They then refinished the entire first floor. It looks amazing. I'm very happy with the work and their professionalism and I will call them back for more projects. I highly recommend them."

"Beware; Kelly Gannon aka Kreate Construction LLC is not who she claims to be. Ms Gannon was hired to compete our kitchen remodel; she failed miserably. In reality, Ms Gannon is a one-person operation, utterly incapable of providing the results she promises. Significant issues with all of Ms Gannon's work have arisen including issues with framing that is out of plumb & level, a new ceiling that dips & slopes, possible electrical code violations, and plumbing leaks. Newly-installed tile had to be smashed to correct a line to the pot filler; the plumber failed to install an O ring at the main connection. Two full walls of subway tile may need to be removed due to building code violations. A new window is out of level and does not function properly. Here are some photos of the damage Ms Gannon has caused. Each of the semi-custom cabinets are completely destroyed due to her gross negligence. Think carefully before considering Ms Gannon aka Kreate Construction LLC."

Boston Hardwood Deck Co. is a branch of Alpha Omega Property Services that restores decks using hardwood products that are virtually maintenance free. When you give us a call we'll set a time to meet with you to inspect your deck. Our inspection process includes assessing the decks foundation as well as the structural integrity of the framing. We also ensure railings and stairs meet local building codes. After the inspection is completed an estimate will be created detailing the repairs needed including proposed solutions and cost of the restoration.
